FOR CURRENT PATIENTS

We are currently in the process of phasing in telemedicine

The safety and health of our patients and staff are of highest importance to Premier Pain Solutions. In order to adapt to the current changes in how we deliver care during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be utilizing a telemedicine platform in an application named Doxy.
Telemedicine requirements:

  • We are only able to treat existing patients
  • The patient must initiate their desire to continue on a telemedicine platform

Patients will need to complete a new consent form before their first telemedicine appointment.

Preparing for your upcoming telemedicine is easy!

Step 1 – Provide us with your email or mobile number, and have a laptop, computer, iPad, or smart phone ready with internet connectivity for the appointment

Step 2 – Click HERE and select the link for the provider you have an appointment with. Follow the simple instructions which enable you to check that your camera and microphone work.

Step 3 – A few minutes before your appointment time, your medical assistant will call you to be sure you have been able to get set up and answer any last-minute questions.

Step 2 – We will email you an appointment invitation which contains a link to Doxy, the telemedicine software we’ll use to connect for your appointment. Prior to the appointment click the link to Doxy and download the software. Follow the simple instructions which enable you to check that your camera and microphone work.
