August 2008 – December 2010: In-frame mutagenesis of genes encoding a selenium-dependent molybdenum hydroxylase and putative accessory proteins in Enterococcus faecalis in order to determine the effect on selenium metabolism, biofilm formation and hydrogen peroxide production.
